How are my tickets delivered?

Suite tickets and parking passes are delivered digitally via the Chicago Fire FC App or Ticketmaster. Manage your tickets online or through the app, and scan your mobile ticket for quick, contactless entry into Soldier Field.

What forms of payment are accepted?

All suite sales are final.

What happens if my event is postponed or rescheduled?

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

After your suite is booked, a Chicago Fire FC Premium representative will provide instructions to preorder catering. Catering preorders should be placed at least 4 business days before your match. Catering is also available to purchase from your suite during the match.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, catering is optional and there is no minimum. You may also bring food and drinks from general concessions back to your suite. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Soldier Field.

Can I purchase additional Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets for my suite?

Some suites allow additional SRO tickets. Please refer to your suite details or contact the Chicago Fire FC Premium Team to check availability.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children under two (2) years old are admitted without a ticket as long as they sit on an adult’s lap. Children two (2) years and older require a valid ticket to enter Soldier Field, including in suite areas.

What items are prohibited inside Soldier Field?

For safety, only clear bags up to 12" x 6" x 12", one-gallon clear freezer bags, or small clutch bags (hand-sized) are allowed. Larger bags like backpacks, purses, and luggage are prohibited. For a full list, visit our A-Z Guide.

Does my suite ticket provide access to other areas?

Yes. Your suite ticket grants access to your suite and designated premium areas at Soldier Field.

Can I host a corporate event or special occasion in a suite?

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Chicago Fire FC suite rentals include the option to purchase parking passes in advance. Parking details and lot assignments will be provided with your suite information.

Where is the VIP entrance?

Suite guests may use Soldier Field’s designated Premium Entrances for expedited entry.

When does my suite open?

Suites open 90 minutes prior to kickoff unless otherwise communicated.

Can I order food and drinks during the match?

Yes. In-suite service is available throughout the match, and additional à la carte items can be ordered via your suite attendant.

If I have an issue with my suite on matchday, who do I contact?
